Spa Policy All Packages must be booked at the same time. We recommend that our customers give us at least 5 hours notice for cancellations on appointments or packages. There will be a 25% charge on all cancellations on package appointments with less than 5 hours notice. For wedding parties of two or more and for hotel/villa services we require 24-hrs notice on cancellations or there will be a 50% charge to your credit card. Appointments are reserved especially for you.
